I am not absolutely sure, as I've not found the actual Legal Trademark documents, but from the looks of it, Donald J Trump could very well be in violation of the Trademarked Christian Louboutin Red Bottom! I've shared all of this with @LouboutinWorld on Twitter & TikTok.
I am not clear if the Trademark extends to all of Louboutin's Shoes, or just his Pumps, but if it does extent to Louboutin sneakers, you may just have a case for damages, and grounds to file a cease and desist against Donald J Trump.
To see Donald J Trump using the Red Bottoms on his tacky, hideous, cheap, ugly, eye sore of a shoe makes my blood boil.
Someone even Tweeted (and I am not kidding) "The red soul was a nice touch." When I read that, I became enraged.
I also plan to call your American customer service tomorrow, to bring this to their attention as well.

I bought my wife a pair of Kate shoes which from memory have an 85mm heel. She hadnt worn heels for a while due to COVID lockdowns this was a chance I took buying them for her.
I knew she would love the multi colour/leopard print design so paid the £665.
As you all know tocs demand that you try them on on carpet. Ironically we had our house recarpeted only months prior to what I will call Kate Gate. My wife tried them on for no more than 30 seconds concluding that they were lovely but not comfortable enough to wear in the workplace.
They were send back in their packaging via UPS within the allotted time (so far so good) and I awaited the refund - I was going to buy a pair of Eleanor boots £900 instead. A couple of weeks later Christian Louboutin contact me to tell me I will not receive a refund as they are damaged.
They sent pictures (I later found out were taken by a warehouse worker on their iPhone) which didnt conclude that there was any damage.
I was sent another email a few weeks later that showed multiple areas of damage. It was ridiculous in the pathetic attempt to make me give up.
I disputed this and their response when I told them that my consumer rights were protected in the UK was we only follow Swiss law. Firstly, if anyone tells you this it is wrong. By selling products into a market UK, EU, US etc.
a company has to comply with local consumer protection law. When I told them this their response has been to ignore further correspondence and then out of the blue months later send me emails that feel like they are trying to pressurise me into taking back the faulty shoes so the complaint will disappear.
I went into their shop in Mayfair, London and the manager said he would deal with the problem. He didnt. I contacted Sarah Smith (MD EMEA Christian Louboutin) on LinkedIn to tell her about my terrible experience.
She has blocked me.
Pathetic, unscrupulous, poor quality. Christian Louboutin also has customer services that leave a sour taste in your mouth along with the hole in your pocket.

Again one star is way too much. Ive been wanting a pair of Louboutin for many years and just never got round to purchasing one instead chose to spend my money on Louis Vuitton items.
And God I shouldve stuck with them. Honestly worst service ever. I echo everything on this page.
My husband bought me the shoes as a surprise for Christmas, came up too big so followed their returns procedure and returned the shoes back in January. To date no refund.
My husband has been calling practically every week, one excuse after another. Shoes delayed getting to them because of brexit, shoes still stuck in U.K., customs issues, shoes now in Milan, then in warehouse but they would need to assess them. Two months later still nothing. One month ago package at depot.
Requested to speak to a manager. To date no call from manager. Called them again advised they are investigating with UPS as box is empty. Called again they said still investigating.
We now receive an email with a completely different order number than the returns number saying shoe was in tact when delivered etc. Clearly email not even relating to the show we have returned. Requested to speak to manager again. So we shall wait and see.
4 months later and still no refund or exchange. Appalling. Reading all of this I shall be bringing media attention to this as I have a family member that works in this industry. I will NEVER buy anything from them again.
I bet celebrities do not have this same issue. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

I have been sending a pair of shoes back for the last 2 months! UPS keeps taking them back.
I sent them, and they had them for 5 weeks then returned them. I sent again with 2 printed commercial invoices, and they brought them back again. Keep complaining to Christian Louboutin and all they keep telling me to do is send with the same courier that clearly cannot deliver!! Almost 3 month from purchase date Dec.
23rd 2020 and still no refund and the item that does not fit keeps coming back!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS NOW!
